Could someone please advise me who produces the best quality brushes for acrylic paints

My recommendation would be to check out a dedicated art store, as they generally stock a wide variety of brushes of different shapes and sizes. I've used Games Workshop brushes for years and they work fine for acrylics, but your best bet is probably the art store as you'll have a bigger choice on what price you're prepared to pay.
