Looking good brother! Something about the stern sea sparrow launcher looks a little "off" to me though. Either the angle, the height, or something about the base, but I can't put my finger on it... Just food for thought, I could be imaginig it too.

Not sure Ryan. It may be a tad high/too big but its certainly a tight fit and does stick up above the flight deck.

Thanks Guys, yeah feeling better. Sarge the launcher is at the right height. someboby told us that is because of the tub it sat in. Any way I'm not buying another one of these. TOOO much sanding cooking (in the oven for 30 mins to get the bend out of it) scraping. Just want to get it out of the way so I can put my mind into J.F.K.

Thanks Guys, the whole kit will make anybody say "screw carriers"! Had put this thing in the oven to get the bend out of it. Still had to sand and cut some of the hull. Then the frekin island almost made me want toss the whole thing. i think after this build i'm sticking to scratchbuilding my own waterline carrier hulls. :censored_2: :mad_1: :mad_2: :Mad_5: :Mad_6:

Laci???

Keep at her man. The end result will be well worth it and you'll be a whole lot wiser for having stuck with it.

Great ship. You don't see this class to often in model form (if this is the only kit of it, I already know why... :heh: ) Anyway, I'm glad to see you took the challenge of completing it. It'll make a nice addition to your Tonkin fleet.
Can't wait to see it finished (and I can imagine you can't wait either ;) )
