Put a lid on your trashcan

Had a tweezer mishap and unknowingly launched my nice little Pontos PE accom ladder into the nether. Just spent well over an hour on my hands and knees, then combed every possible horizontal surface and ledge in the room, patted myself down and checked every pocket and crease in my clothing (multiple times), reorganized/inventoried my work bench, checked every possible crevice and crack, even swept the floor (top of carpet and underneath), until the only place left un-searched was my almost full waste basket. Began uncrumpling each paint-stained paper towel and examining every scrap of masking tape, every Q-tip, and all other detritus until low and behold, there it was at the very bottom...happy days!

Note to self, get a trachcan with a lid.

Should put a lid on it anyway for fire safety. Even a simple lid is better than nothing, if you don't want to pop for a fire proof can.

I was always nervous about all the paint and solvent and spray adhesive soaked paper I was throwing in my can... replaced it with an inexpensive galvanized steel "ash can".
