Despy, your link doesn't work because you copied the shortened version from another posting, instead of the full address from the address bar.
Ooops, sorry. Here it is:

Despy,
Some boats were 170 m while others were 173 m. The difference entirely depends on the length of the flat projection between the aft planes (what we used to call a "beaver tail" when Naval Intelligence thought it was a control surface). I wouldn't be troubled with slight issues in length when there are far more significant issues with the Hobby Boss kit, which you mentioned in your comment. I would recommend the Mikro-Mir Typhoon, which has serious problems in terms of joining the hull together, but is very accurate. Here are some very accurate plans that you can reference:

Thanks Jacob for the drawings. And yes I've already discovered your album about Typhoon and I believe it is the best collected source for the Typhoon. I even suggested your album in Britmodeller site.
Back to Typhoon drawing. My plan was to scratch build a typhoon class in 1/144 gigantic scale.
So to have a base to build upon, as I thought the linked above drawing was the only official drawing, I've drew it an AutoCAD file. I should say that even in that same drawing, there are some inconsistencies. The sections and x and y plan drawings were not perfectly matching. Anyway, in such cases, I decided a middle way to match as much as possible to the plan drawings.
And I scaled the drawing to match 175 m. Now it seems it's a mistake.
When I scaled it down to compare that drawing with HobbyBoss release I discovered some differences (but please note that it was scaled for 175 m, so the basic is slightly wrong):
