BTW, is that the Revell 1/72 Gato I spy on your display shelf? May I ask what boat you built her up as?

Hey Sean, Yes it is the 1/72 Revell Gato. I built it as the USS Drum that is also located at the USS Alabama museum. I used Eduard photo etch kit and a highly bashed conning tower. Im actually not even finished with it yet.

Phenomenal, absolutely phenomenal!!

I really like the touch of the burnished brass on the main gun barrels.

Not that I'll ever do it, but how did you did you do it?
