Anybody familiar with the magazine ARSENAL KOLLEKTSIA?

Hey guys,

Is anybody familiar with the magazine ARSENAL KOLLEKTSIA (spelling?)? While surfing eBay the other day I checked one of my saved sellers that I purchase Russian/Polish modeling magazines from and he had a few issues of this magazine.

I purchased a couple that have articles and drawings on Chinese Pre-Dreadnoughts. One I purchased is supposed to be part 1 on an article for the Ting Yuen, I'm hoping it has some decent drawings.

But now I am on the hunt for Part 2, does anybody have a source for back issues?

Even better, does somebody have a index of issues in English? My Cyrillic comprehension is zero.
