For US Navy cruiser fans, here are a pair of World War Two-era, enclosed Mk.33 fire control directors in 1/144 scale. The directors are available in other popular scales, too, including 1/700 and 1/350.

The directors are followed by a World War Two-era "Set, Complete Radio 522-A" ("SCR-522-A") used by the US Army Air Corps, Royal Air Force and Royal Australian Air Force.� This model is available in 1/32 and 1/24 scales. Other scales are possible.

Often erroneously referred to as a "Signal Corps Radio", the SCR-522-A�was installed aboard many aircraft types.� For example, the SCR-522-A�was a conspicuous feature of the�P-51D and P-51K�Mustang�fighters, installed behind the pilot's armored seat back and visible through the bubble canopy.� �In RAF and RAAF service, this radio set was known as the�TR.5043.�

The design for a 3D-printed cockpit for the classic 1/32 scale Revell Bristol Beaufighter is nearing completion. The cockpit should be available later this month.

For Iowa class battleship fans, here is a 1/350 scale USS New Jersey BB-62 "Round Bridge" as it appeared in 1944. The model features open armored conning tower doors with scale thickness armor.

For those with the classic Revell 1/301 scale Fletcher class destroyer, here are some 5"/38 cal. mounts for you. The set includes 2 "double knuckle" and 3 "single knuckle" mounts. The two types of mount are also available separately.

Could you do a bridge for the 1/700 Tamiya O-Class Royal Navy Destroyers? That would be part A-4.

The original 3D printer I used was producing great models. Its replacement is producing even crisper detail. For example, for those with the classic Revell 1/302 scale US Coast Guard Cutter Roger B. Taney or USCGC Campbell, here is a pair of 5"/38 cal. mounts for your kit.

For those with the classic Revell 1/426 scale (1/429 true scale) USS Arizona BB-39 or USS Pennsylvania BB-38 kits, here is a pair of Mk.19 fire control directors for your kit.

For Bismarck and Tirpitz fans, here are pairs of Deutsche Kriegsmarine 15 cm twin-gun turrets with integrated blast bags in 1/200 scale.

They are followed by a set of US Navy Mk.19 fire control directors in 1/700 scale.

The next big ship project design is a superstructure for USS Oklahoma BB-37 in 1/700 scale, 1/429 scale (Revell Arizona conversion) and 1/350 scale. In preparation for that, here is a set of turrets in 1/350 scale. Barrels will be made available separately.

The triple-gun turrets of USS Nevada and USS Oklahoma differed from Pennsylvania's and Arizona's in that they did not have external vent trunks.

For Iowa class battleship fans, here's the as-built USS New Jersey BB-62 "open bridge" as it appeared in 1943, in 1/350 scale. Like the 1944 "round bridge" (photos in an earlier post above), it features a scale thickness armored conning tower with open armored doors and door hinges. It is also available in 1/700 scale.

The model is followed by a 1/144 scale "square-back" Mk.37 director for Mk.4 radar for your Revell Fletcher kit, etc. Other available Mk.37 directors include an "angle-back", a "square-back" for the Mk.12/22 radars, a "square-back" with commander's cockpit, one for HMS Vanguard with Type 275 radar antennas, and one in its boxy-shaped Cold War configuration for modernized Iowa and Essex class ships. All of these directors are available in several popular scales.

Here is a Fletcher class destroyer "square bridge" and CIC for the classic Aurora 1/516 scale USS Bennion DD-662. A set of 5"/38 cal. mounts is also available in 1/516 scale.

Fans of large scale models, here is a 1/96 scale 8"/55 cal. turret for USS Portland CA-33. A similar turret with detailing specific to sistership USS Indianapolis CA-35 is also available, as well as one for Northampton class heavy cruisers.

Also for fans of large scale models, here is a Mk.34 main battery fire control director in its World War Two configuration and airfoil-shaped Mk.13 radar antenna. Both are in 1/96 scale.
