I started this project last year, took a break during the summer and picked it back up after Christmas
This was my first attempt at making a sea base with the cotton ball technique. It was surprisingly forgiving in that as long as it's there it'll look good.

That's an awesome side by side. Haruna has a massive tower, whoa. Im glad I picked it for my 1/700 build! :D
