to give an idea...you saw first level PE work....now doing that on next level...so here the 2 placed on the ship...first level now painted..
wasn't happy with the PE vents( in the pictures the crossed ones)...so making my own...plastic card + cut-out pieces of a radar PE I'm not using

I couldn't resist dry fitting her.....

finaly glued on first deck on main deck....and..... I could start working on my airplane hangar...
the plane is suppose to be in bad shape and in need of reparation, wings are taken of and also the floaters

a little scratch stuff to complete missing in kit

I made some additional search equipement....with...guns
Nothing is lost with me ....hope it gives ideas to others

worked on the Arado that will go on catapult...missing the small rear gun and the floaters

start seeing end...mainly small boats, a few more AA guns, railings and some small stuff to do...
all flak vierling, 105mm guns, working cranes, torps. anchors , anchor chains and propellers have been done...
just not yet fixed on
and not to forget...more riggings

I just went back in my pictures of her...and made a small compare ...from start with no modifications....and now almost done

started making scratch the raft holders

more and more stuff are getting fixed on....and with all top parts in place...did some more riggings....

been working on the small boats

did the center part for reelings...with steal wire 0.4mm....means 16cm in 1/1 scale....looks correct for it
finished the 15 remaining 40mm AA guns

well....the time has come....she is done.....except for putting her on the blocks
sometimes you make pictures and are surprised because great effect...
