put her on the blocks...was more difficult due to not flat bottom line...here you see what had to be done to get her on

is the hull warped or the board?

not sure if the hull was supposed to be this way originally....but to answer your question,I'd say the hull ...... as the board is flat on another board
lets not forget these Heller are basically older kits.
not gonna try correct it though....no way lol

Anyway...SHE IS DONE.... hope you all enjoyed my build...maybe helpful as tutorial and to give ideas. I don mind if somebody uses mine to make his
I did same with other ships that inspired me ...some stuff are good....some less.
I can say learned again a lot and raised my standard to a higher level with my Prinz compared to my Admiral Scheer ...getting better with every ship I make
next....we will see if we can raise it even more...but gonna finish the subs...then probably a little break before attacking Scharnhorst.

All comments welcome

Excellent job on the Prinz... I always thought this was one of the best kits in the Heller 1/400 line... I had this one in my stash for many years before I finally sold it on E-bay... I did complete the Adm Graff Spee it is in my gallery here.. I now have the Trumpter 1/350 sitting in my stash with lots of PE ... I hope I get to her As Prinz Eugen is a very handsome Cruiser.. Again Bravo Zulu on this build ,you did her proud !

Txs for your nice compliments, I agree she is a very beautiful ship and because of her proportions a very elegant one

she is as wide as the Graff Spee or admiral Scheer but is 20% longer....
yes there are always stuff you can get better.... but you have to make a limit or you never stop and finish one ...I'm very happy with my result.
Good luck and patience on yours scale 1/350

Well done, you did a great work :thumbs_up_1: . The only point that could have been changed is the oversized chains.
