Austro-Hungarian dreadnought Szent Istvan 1/350 scale box-art is steadily being completed

looks like the 2 Ships , will be released and sold next year , as once the box art is done , the ships follow as kits with Trumpeter in due course .

Hopefully , Trumpeter will be aware that Szent Istvan differed from her three sister-ships in that she had a platform built around the fore funnel
which extended from the bridge to the after funnel and on which several searchlights were installed.

A further distinguishing feature was the modified ventilator trunk in front of the mainmast.
She was the only ship of her class not to be fitted with torpedo nets.

Hopefully Trumpeter take the hint from the box-art and give painting instructions showing a green lower hull

1/700 Chinese Navy 071 type dock landing ship,and looks for the 1/700 ship again will come full hulled.so maybe this will be the trend...who knows??

Dock landing ship... they probably would be better off making civilian versions of tankers, bulk carriers, etc in 1/700 and 1/350 scale. So many people would order these to the offices.

I am not sure - my impression is that civilian models are both not that in demand and also get less attention. I guess we will see more built Type 071 dock landing ships than civilian ships (e.g. the container ship Colombo Express by Revell).

It is possible to order models for your office - in 1/1250, fully assembled.

I guess I missed somewhere that Fujimi has released a 1/350 Hyuga. Unfortunately it�s the aircraft version instead of the 6 gun version, but maybe that means there is hope that Fujimi might still visit it. Were there any major differences between Ise and Hyuga late in the war?

No plans from Fujimi for now, as for the differences they are small between the ships. Check this thread : viewtopic.php?f=47&t=5565I have made some post's showcasing the differences.
