Depicting HMS Hermes (plus guest appearance from HMAS Vampire) flying off her 814 squadron swordfish prior to arrival in Trincomalee in 1942.

Flyhawk kit with additional scratch built netting for stern flight deck (an odd omission on flyhawks part but otherwise a great kit). 3D model parts crew, sutures for rigging and cotton/acrylic/polystyrene base. Little bit of photoshopping to create funnel smoke and remove background seams in some of the photos. Hard to get definative information on the AA fit but I couldnt see much evidence of oerlikons on the deck level photos from the sinking so I omitted them.
