The Japanese price is a good guide as to what the Chinese vendors will offer.
This information is taken from Hobby Search; Chinese prices are lowest from reputable sellers on eBay:
Littorio was
List Price: 158.74USD Sales Price: 129.87USD - $88.65 from China - 31.74% reduction in price JP vs CN.
Schleswig-Holstein was
List Price: 108.5USD Sales Price: 88.78USD - $62.99 from China - 29.05% reduction in price JP vs CN.
Exeter was
List Price: 98.46USD Sales Price: 80.56USD - $64.99 from China - 19.33% reduction in price JP vs CN.
With just these three examples we get an average price reduction of 26.71%.
Applying this cost saving to the Bismarck situation we get:

$141.11 (saving of $51.42)
If we apply an optimistic figure of 33% price reduction (greater than the saving on the Littorio) we get a price of
$129.00 with a saving of $63.53.
If your $80 prediction were true we would need a discount rate of 58.45%. I heartily hope that it is true, however I expect the price of the new Bismarck straight from China to fall between $129.00 and $141.11 if we can be optimistic. That is in my mind a significant price - hence my reaction to the initial figures published by Hobby Search.
