So far, I spent 1 and a 1/2. And this was just for the hull. Before that, I had also spent a couple of Vallejo acrillic filler tubes.
I�m using Vallejo for large filling work and Tamiya for finer/final work.

...still sanding all that putty...and in between all that sanding, something else was started in Drydock#2...

Hi Jose, Sorry I have not replied for quite awhile, the build is looking good, there are days when all you do is sand, but remember its only getting better.

i really like the styrene sheating,it makes as nice crisp neat job. i think i will try it on my next project

Bill Waldorf also uses this method and produces very effective results.

Just found this build .The P-47s on deck will look great but you better record a reply to play for everyone when they ask ;why P-47s .

One of my club mates over in Victoria is building a Casablanca class too his is completely built of styrene! here are some pix.... If only I could remember what its name is...

Very nice work and glad to see you're back at it!
One thing I didn't see you mention earlier is the method you use to attach the styrene to the hull. Do you use styrene cement to anchor the styrene sheets to the stand-off strips?
