First of all I have fit the rudder servo, its fitted to two 1 inch thick blocks of balsa wood. Try to get the arm level with your rudder linkage so you have a nice straight linkage rod, also place it where you have access for maintenance.
Servo seen from under the position of the rear gun turret, note the screw thread on the linkage, this gives you a little bit more adjustment if needed.
Here's the first motor just placed in position, note the packing pieces on the bottom of the hull, this lines up the motor to the shaft. The first 2 motors fitted in place with a two part epoxy resin called Araldite, also note the section cut out of the middle motor stanchion bracket. Its a tight fit in there, that's why I usually say forward planning, remember how we staggered the shafts, well now we stagger the motors to get them in the space. Number 3 motor fitted like number 2 motor with the cut away only on the opposite side this time, more tomorrow. Enjoy, ARH
