No matter the material, I still see the imprint of your style. Hard to believe, as any two models of the same ship should theoretically be the same. But you have a strong style, and as with any artist it shines past the medium.

Song! very impressive clean and accurate work. This is I presume the "Conflagration station"? Used for control of fire suppression on the hangar deck.
Cheers! Tom

Very nice work! The Essex carriers from WWII had such a conflagration station, perhaps even Enterprise and her sisters. The earlier carriers had a roller partition which could isolate one half of the hangar from the other. I don't know about the modern ships.
Your execution of these details is very good indeed, without regards to materials, a craftsman will always produce superior work!
Regards: Tom

A Carrier is a different beast when it comes to Naval Architecture. Your components could well be the side of a warehouse in an industrial area as part of a ship. It is a tribute to your precise work that it is not apparent as to the scale in which you are working!

Re: 1/200 USS Nimitz
most excellent detail on the hangar deck...
you need an endoscope to be able to see it once the flight deck is on...
but YOU know its there...
