The dock looks amazing. Please release a 1:350 version of it! This would make a nice diarama with any of the new Dragon kits.

Most impressive modular dry dock!

My suggestion would be to produce a second set for the "in between" sections without cranes and other paraphernalia - to house a battleship would need 10-12 sections (as in 5-6 sets) and such a project would be eased (and more affordable) by adding "filler" sections.

WOW, simply stunning looking models, my congratulations to you. Are you (please) considering doing the trucks/jeeps in 1/350 scale? In fact anything you are doing in 1/700 would be sensational in 1/350.

I might also add, as I'm doing Allied Coastal Forces models in 1/144th scale I think the trucks and jeeps would be great in 1/144th as well.

I've been having a go at one of the trucks from the vehicles set, about an hour and a half to get three quarters of it done. These are not easy...

I might see if I can put together some more detailed instructions as those in the set need a bit of clarification in terms of the order of assembly. Hopefully it will get a bit quicker as well!

Having said that, they will look very impressive once I get the hang of it. Making fiddly etch is like pancakes, the first one is always the worst.

I couldn't agree with you more Al, however, when we finally do see 3D 1/700 figures, I think they will be coming out in resin or styrene.

I think when we finally do see 3D 1/700 figures, they will be coming up in some other incarnations than the resin cast or styrene molding. Knowing limitations of 1/700 resin cast process, we may expect a more advanced technology. The only obstacle is the size of providers -- they are not big enough to employ the advanced technologies. Hopefully, the players on the big chemical market will pay attention to our small market needs....

I beg to disagree regarding the limitations of the resin casting process. When you've spent 20 years making silicone molds and casting resin in them, come back and we'll have a chat.
