Have inherited the hull of the Admiral Scheer from one of our members. No plans and only some basic superstructure components. Any source for 1/72nd plans?

Just inherited the Hull to the Admiral Scheer in 1/72nd scale. No deck structures. Sure could use a source for plans.

hello norberto, dave, arh, ian, jim, bill all the aussies, and all the other scratch builders on this forum, it will take a while to catch up on all your progress.i am dusting off admiral sheer, and slowly starting to proceed with the ship.when one is at it every day things seem to flow together, but after many months,it is hard to get a grip on the whole thing

.the last things i have to cast are my small boats,i have just enough moulding and casting resin to do the job, good thing because the stuff turns funny after time, and i cannot buy it in small amounts.the small boats are carved from balsa and then a mould made ,then they are cast.what i did was carve the master then cut them down the center to give me two halves, make moulds of them ,cast them then glue the two castings together to form the hulls.heres some pics.

hi guest,it is very hard to find plans of the upper,i had to take bits and peices and rescale them on my computer ,a very tricky thing to do to get differant scales to all end up at 1/144

Hi Russ Nice work on the boats . How will you prepare the hull for casting . Will you coat the surface of the hull in resin or paint?

thanks bill, the reason for 1/144 is that i am limited to 54in length sheer came out just a little under that.the biggest downfall is there seems to be very little photo etc in this scale that i can find.i am going to have about 8 small boats,3 larger and 5 smaller all will be gray but this one which will be white and gray,i will call it the admirals boat heres some pics
