I am envious of your glow of relief at completion of this long term build;

I am hopeful of experiencing the same elation within 8-10 weeks or so with the Normandie ....

Your model has a real " presence" ....
==> -- ie the look of a large, solid and heavy object .

That can be a very difficult ' feel' to emulate in a model of small dimensions
I think you have cracked it!
