Yeah i got 1 question.
Why does the light deflect on it?
It looks like a lamp!
U have to use different paint.
Bcs warships dont reflect light so bright as a mirror like that

The kit is not finished yet. I ll apply matt varnish. When it is finished you ll see the difference

As i have told you some weeks ago it is possible to order from HLJ any part you desire.
Yesterday the CVW-5 decals arrived. Here s a photos of them.

Is that set for the PitRoad release of the Trumpy kit? Wasnt it released before CVN-73 arrived to be based in Japan ?, looking on the USN News site cannot see many CAG a/c to compare with, but the set matched up well with Kitty Hawk 2007 CVW-5, The decal set seems to be larger and more complete which is a plus, also that VAW-115 CAG bird markings look nice, i may change my Kitty Hawk to a 2007/8 build.
