Anyway, here is my OHP, I think I will limit PE to Heli Deck netting, as my eyesight can't put up with PE at the moment:

Looks great! I am currently building the Ingraham kit but will make it the Reuben James, since that is the ship I served on. Hope it turns out as good as yours and Carl's.

You know... a VLS OHP would be interesting to see... Random thought of the moment.

Yeah, I'll probably build an OHP at Some point with a little bit of a boost in its armament... but hey, remember my rule, Nektarios - it's not overkill, it's Insurance. But before that, I have my Sprukidd, my Mightier Mo, my Super-Ticon, and my DD-922 projects for the USN alone. Then I have other projects as well.

Almost all work is finished on the 3 Towadas. I can t really finish them until i have PE nets. I ll try to find on my LHS tomorrow. The three ships of the class have some minor diferences such as the positions of the satcom antennas among others.

I used some nice UNREP decals provided by a great friend John Currie.

Nice job on the Towadas!

Does anyone sell yellow gear for the CVNs. I remember a while back someone creating fire trucks and an assortment of tugs. Does anyone know who or how to get a hold of them.

Thanks,

John

It was Tom-Tom that produced those trucks. I think he stopped producing them a while ago. He may have some unsold.

Thanks for the info, I just might have to build my own then. Man carriers take a long time.

USS Ingraham is finished :woo_hoo: . In the end I went for the AN/SPS-52. Couldn;t be asked to scratchbuild anything more up-to-date to take its place:

Nicely, done! It looks very clean! Wonderful modifications to the kit, Mathew! I like yours, better than mine.
