I would go for a 1/350 a CA-139! I prefer a 1/350 Baltimore or Cleveland but I would go for this too!

The Combrig kit in 1/700 is a 1917/1918 period.

Will they actually be approximately 1/720th, as I've read that their Dorsetshire is? :(
There are statements somewhere (on Twitter?) that already their Norfolk kit would be with the correct hull length. Anyway, Kent and Cornwall should have a different hull.

While Dorsetshire is undersized (Their Exeter is almost as long as it) Norfolk appears to be correct in length. (pictures of the Norfolk kit next to the Dorsetshire kit shows it is approx the correct length) I'm not sure if they will fix the Dorsetshire kit since they never bothered to fix the size problem of USS Wasp

I'm sure you're right. Why go back and re-engineer a kit after it's been on the market for months or years? That ship's already sailed (bad pun intended :doh_1: )

I received my HMS Kelly yesterday and the decal sheet contains the pennant numbers F61/G61 for Javelin and F85/G85 for Jupiter so they may be in the works from Flyhawk. Kelly appears to never have worn her number based on the few pictures I have found. The kit box has Agincourt and Scharnhorst pictured as the next releases.

I received mine this morning. Looks nice, but on inspection I noticed some genius at Flyhawk gave me 2 of sprue H (aft superstructure and funnel), and no sprue I (bridge and pom-pom platform). Quite useless, and contacted Aurora Models.

Clear the decks, ah well that might be a problem with the model railway w.i.p, but still, just having got HMS Exeter, 1/350, by Trumpeter, and waiting for the other light cruisers listed things are getting a bit busy/crowded (not to mention expensive), but:

1/350

HMS Sheffield.
HMS Kenya.
HMS Norfolk.
Any RN War Emergency Destroyer - 'O'/'P' classes.
Any Frigates - Loch/River Classes.
Any Fleet Oiler.
1-350 wishes:
RN Cruisers/Destroyers (WW2)
USN Cruisers/Destroyers (WW2 + post war)

Those look like CAD drawings, not test shots, FWIW.

The second photo in the tweet is of the test shots - you can see the shadows cast by the sprues onto the white background.

HMS Lively? Another 4in L class? What is going to be different from Legion or Lance which would not be covered by a pendant number decal? These heroic ships did not have a long service life before all were lost. The only differences (AFAIK) were in the antenna fits. Why not a 4.7 in L class? Yeah, I can wait.

In that second shot there is a ship lower center, between the two model Scharnhorsts - two funnels, three medium-size turrets (maybe twin-gun). It's neither Lively nor Scharnhorst. Anyone know what it is?

That looks like Galatea.

And those aren't Scharnhorsts flanking her - on the left is Bismarck stern on, on the right Prince of Wales bow on.

So when is this Scharnhorst supposed to hit the market? end of this year, realistically?

Got my Very Fire/Blue Ridge Hi-class yesterday. Nice looking kit. I plan to compare it to my NNT H-39.

I just Pre-ordered the Very Fire/Blue Ridge 1/350 USS Salem CA-139 kit. Sure hope this turns out to be a good kit. Maybe a 1/350 Baltimore or Cleveland Class kit could be next!
