Yeah...Legion and Kelly are old news now. I'm just being greedy and impatient!

I meant Lively, not Legion. Legion was released last year.

Hmmm...An unusual yet interesting direction for Flyhawk! I hope they make extension sets to lengthen the dock for larger ships (but that could also be scratch-built). Also hope there's a photo-etch boom for that Albion AM crane truck on the fret. I was expecting a Vosper next but a Fairmile is OK. Now Flyhawk's got 4 different torpedo boats from different navies - I would like to see them include all 4 in one kit! Will we have to wait a year for this one, or is it an appeasement until their next major release?

To judge by the water tower, it will have to be a RN/RAF base overseas!

Global Toy (ebay) has it for sale:

Think I'll wait until Auroramodelshop has it...may be cheaper!

My opinion of Global Toy is that they are a little bit sneaky. They seem to list items that they havent yet received. And they always list one price, a day later they lower the price so that it looks like you get a good discount.

I still buy from them though, but yes Auroramodelshop/ sunlightmodelstore/ dawngrocerystore (same seller) are cheaper.

No one in the USA. Hobbyland Osaka and Fleetnet in Japan, among others. Starling Models in the UK. Plus one or two in China.

Hello Mike,

I know there won't be an angled deck version and therefore would like to build the Karel Doorman during the period 1948 - 1955. Are you going to release her sistership Venerable later too?

Regards,

Berend.

Yes, Colossus and Venerable were identical in the period 1944-1946, including their air wings, and our kit includes decal markings for both during that period.
