I don t think that we re speaking about the same model. One is WL the other is full hull.

Interallied has started producing a series of built full hull JMSDF ships with DDG-163 and now it appears that DDH-181 is the second of the same series.

Is it possible to put four times a 16'' tripple turret on an iowa class?
Or will it sink duo its own weigt?

Mitch,Simon and everyone else that is interested. From now on i ll keep all the extra stuff i have and when you need some thing you may ask for it. When i gather too much stuff i ll ask if you need it and send it to you.

Mitch it might be possible to do that if you lengthened the Iowa hull.

I got two missouri kits.
One is destined to be a modern 1990's iowa.
But that project got a bit ripped off duo the stupid deck.
It has those fake wooden texture from revell (long stripes)
That causes that the old gun armor for the AA on the deck is removed and flat.
Hmm, maby i should finish some kits of mine bevore starting a fleet.
My mum gets angry about my 11 kits are half finished.
I got 7 ships in build, and 1 tank, 3 planes.
But all are stil not painted/ finished yet

I wouldn't mind seeing a list of the stuff you've got, Nektarios - it'd help the process a little. You could just PM it to those interested to avoid clutter.

Mitch, you've also got the drawback that your ships are all in oddball scales, which gives you the problem of not having any commonality in your ship models. And if your mom thinks 11 unfinished is bad, tell her you know a guy who's got somewhere around 20 unfinished.

And all my planes/tanks are in 1/48 scale.
I got one carrier 1/700 scale.
The rest is around 1/520 until 1/555.
My new fleet will be 1/700 only, and i will change the ronald reagan.
I wont destroy her/decomission etc etc.
I will rip her of her paint, make it a good colour, and alot of rust.
And then put her into reserve fleet
Also, how to rip off an waterhull?
It used to have a option to be waterline/full hull, but i just trew the hull on her.
Wich i think whas a bad option, and she looks ugly whit the hull

Mitch, I'm with Sauragnmon. Just about all my built models (probably in upwards of 20+) are not painted. All are 1/700, many small craft and destroyers. The piles of others I haven't even started. I call it the curse of ebay and discount model shops online. I buy more than I can build.

Unfortunately i can t help you with those. I don thave any of the above.

But you may find JAG's RAM launchers in the market.
For modern 57mm/70 you can try to get some from L Arsenal if they are selling separately the ones included in their Visby class corvette.

Whoa! that sounds awful,but guess you have to do what you have to do. take some advice my friend do have time for yourself. i'll leave it at that.

Here are a couple of photos of the Su-33s i m building for a friend. The three colour camo is much harder to make in 1/700 than the simpler USN Lo-Viz camouflage patterns.

It may be hard to do, but boy does it pay off - those are bloody sexy, Nektarios. Awesome job.

As for posting to the gallery, I have not sent anything in for quite a while. Maybe one day I will get around to sending them in.
