I start to detail the central deck bow and also I added the aerial platforms fitted for the planned operation Sea Lion.

Re: SS Bremen 1/400 scale
This is absolutely wonderful!! The paintwork is outstanding and the details are mind-blowing at this scale! And scratch-building all of that is just too good! I was bitten by a "liner bug" (which caused me some serious diseases back when I was younger) today as I scroll through the nets finding some photos to make a painting. Will be watching this one with great interest!!

Thanks Norbert and thanks aop, is very nice for me to read yours comments. Today I built the small davits for the two stern lifeboats. The lifeboats are long about 19mm.

Re: SS Bremen 1/400 scale
Your models are amazing. Have you found specific Lifecolor paints for your build or did you mix your own? I know Lifecolor makes 2 KM sets, but they don't cover the dunkelgrun you used?

Re: SS Bremen 1/400 scale
Thanks to Jim, Quincy and Dan, obviously, on my models I use only Lifecolor paints, so many colours are from the two sets for KM you refer. The dark green I used on the Bremen is the UA511, a colour dedicated to the Luftwaffe, but it is very similat to the 35-3 Dunkelgrun for the costal areas showed in the Anstriche und Tarnanstriche der deutshen Kriegsmarine.
