-Funny old thing--I swear I am just a 'collector'--that the build is of secondary importance etc.....--end results and all that--but I sure do miss it if I am off the bench for a few days...!!

My sympathies--catch up on the History channel and read all those naval books-!

Every time I take a look at your 'Duane' you've stuck/made something new on. She seems to gather more detail by the minute! I do like her and must say she is a credit to you. (How's that for a bit of grovelling?). Keep up the good work. You shame me as I just cannot get myself motivated at the moment. Even my 'Wyvern',(Westland variety), has come to a momentary halt.

Well Howie, Thanks for the post, I had my first day back at work to day, and I must say im cream crackered, im sat here with my cup of Horlicks before I go to bed.
This week I went for an eye test, I need 2 new pairs of glass,s, monday next week I have to see my doctor for the results of what was wrong with me in hospital, also monday I pick up my new glass,s, its all go

Thanks Jim, Very little going on at the moment, CIC would have my guts for garters if I went in the drydock, now two days work , thats o/k Its amazing what these bugs take out of you, having a rest till tuesday and will try a few more days work, building up gradually, ARH

Hi Ron,
Just seen yours of 14th Feb. Hope you had a stiff scotch in your Horlicks. I went for an eye test last Saturday. All OK and I don't need new ones which is a relief. Looking forward to seeing you at the next meeting as well. As someone has already said, obey the CO, she's the one who's worrying about you. Hope she is OK.

Hi Jim, thanks for the post, appart from you and a few other,s that posted , the rest of the site seemed to think I had pasted on.
Well to day was the first day that I felt nearly full fit, it has been over six weeks, my head is comming round to posting and thinking about shipbuilding, as you know I have been looking in and skimping through the builds , as for the drydock , its to cold at the moment.
