The mat im using is a little thicker than on Moffett, also I will give it a second coat of thinner tissue.

The matting was cut and laided on, the resin was put in a large pot and the hardner added, you do not need a lot of hardner in the summer, with a paint brush you dab the resin in to the matting, if you need to mix more, put the resin in your pot and put your brush into it, this stops it going hard and you can carry on with the same paint brush.

When finished, leave to set for 24 hours.

Then you can take it off the plug.

I trimmed around the hull taking off the bits that were hanging down below deck level, with the mould release on the plug the hull came away quite easily, and cleaned up nicely.
