You havent attached that mast yet have you? Needs to be moved over to the deck edge. Lighting looks a bit yellow but could be my screen. Just thought I would point those out because im sure the carrier expert/s will chime in. But all in all friggin fantastic work.

No, I haven't, this is just a composition to make a shot. Today want to assemble island's mast and radar and paint all parts together. And then, when WEM PE set will be delivered (I hope, this week - WEM sent it last Friday) I will start with aircrafts (omg... :mad_2:). And finalize the hangar, hehe (the flight deck is still not yet glued).

Small update on hangar. I am not sure that S3 Vikings were present in the middle of 1970's, but they make hangar busy :)

So - 1 SH-3 Sea King, 1 E2-C, 2 Prowlers, 2 Vikings and 2 Phantoms - maybe, will add another one E2-C to the back side of hangar. Or will fill it with some auxiliary equipment.

Hi Max!

Your project is comeing along very nicely! Love the Island lighting! I also like the fact that your hangar lighting is more yellow than white. I also noticed that yellow tint in there during my research, so I didn't use LED-s.

Keep it up!!

Cheers: Laci

Gentlemen,

My 1/350 Nimitz finally completed. After the six years of being built - 4 months for the main construction and ~5.5 years for the air wing.

Here it is.

realy very fine work, I have some CV's to do and will take your work as example.....just put her under a plexi or glass protection...would be a shame letting dust spoil such a beauty.
Again awesome job
