Things continue here at Scaledecks.com, albiet more slowly than we would like. But we now have two new releases that we've just completed and have off at the laser cutters...
The 1/350 Warspite (for Academy) and the 1/350 Titanic for Minicraft.
The Titanic was a BEAST - taking two separate sheets of wood. There are a LOT more planked decks on an ocean liner than there are on a warship, I can tell you that! Right now we only have the test pattern photos available as we don't have our hands on the actual wood product yet, but we will offer these decks in all of our standard materials - Maple (for a light, weathered look), Genuine Teak (with a rich, deep tone), Tinted Wood (showing individual plank color variations - my personal favorite!) and Photographic Paper (for super-crisp detail).
The products are now up on the scaledecks.com website and we are taking orders! We should be shipping the finished product the week of May 1st, so if you place your orders now I'll be sure to set aside your particular material choice so you can get your deck out of the first run!
