That is the best looking sea base I have ever seen. I see that you have listed some materials that you used to create it, but would you be willing to expand on the list to include a how to on how you achieved such outstanding results? P.S. I think the Scharnhorst looks amazing as well, the water just flat out blew me away.

At this time I use something similar to Werner De Keersmaecker (

I try to explain it with pictures
A)
Styrofoam and a special tool
B) Press
C).- Paint
D) Gloss varnish
E) Add waves (tissue), White paint and another gloss varnish, and more waves with � fiber filler

Thank you very much for the reply with link and the how to pictures, very useful. I will definitely be utilizing the styrofoam technique to generate the swells in the future, I have been using acrylic gel medium to date which has a nice "wavelet" component but the swell was lacking! Thank you once again and congratulations on a fantastic build.
