1/72 Kagero class destroyer

Hi everyone. Long time since I was on this forum. :Oops_1:
It is time to begin my second destroyer. This time it will be a Kagero class ship (maybe Yukikaze).
Why Japan ship? Because it will protect my bigest ship - Zuikaku (also in 1/72, finished in aout 40 %) :thumbs_up_1:
The model will be build mainly from balsa, resin and polistyrene.
Cheers Kamil

Ok. Lets start with the turret. The ship had 3 turrets (later 2)

Thanks K494 for the support. Unfortunately my drwings were not precise enought. After I assembled the front plate it had bad shape. :mad_1: After one day of anger I cut and assembled another one. The red "circle shows the worst part to construct.

It is finished (for now). Some parts will be added to the resin mould. Grey primer shows any odds.
As you can see tge door is missing. Its because some drawings show one, other two doors. Does someone know how mane were there?

Is this gonna be an early- or late-war Kagero? Would look great either way, and if you're planning on making moulds anyway, who says you can't do both? ;)
