Lovely! Very crisp and clean work on the Mighty Mo. The camouflage is very smart!

Don't think I'd dare such camo with all these tiny 1/700 details... :thumbs_up_1:

Wonderful scene!!! :thumbs_up_1: :thumbs_up_1: :thumbs_up_1:

The ship looks very sharp. I'm sure it could stand some close-up photo's! :)
The colors look very well to scale, which is not easy with such a camo. Bravo!

Only, I don't see any crew?

The sea looks very good also! Can you explain the Frank Spahr method? I'm not familiar with it

Congrats!

Marijn

Thanks Cliffly and Marijn. Your opinions are very kind to me.

The model has several errors. The kit has three deck parts that do not fit well. Tamiya mold is old and has many things that could be better. I have not much skill to finish a model well. For example, the Lexington Marijn is extraordinary. I have not used figures because I do not have them and will place them in the future.
The paint scheme is too complicated for me and there are other models in this forum that are much better.
Frank Spahr links is correct.
There are great modelers who have a good method for the sea base. I like the method of Frank on all models, for example: http://www.modelshipgallery.com/gallery ... index.html
and also the special method of Chris Flodberg.

I will try to post new pictures.
The work in progress in this forum: (in Spanish).

Thank you all for your kind words.
