can anyone know whether a site where I can buy plans from a carrier acraft
or someone who has to copy or so,

We need a little more information.
What aircraft carrier? Modern, WWII, pre war?
What scale?
Do you need hull lines or just General arrangement drawings?

I look for his plans from the central Ark Royal in 1940 size 1/200
the complete package out, conspired, decks, line planning, steering, everything
where can I find out if someone has the plans and who would want to copy,
