Hi

This is my first post here. The Trumpeter 1/350 1904 Tsesarevich, modelled as it leaves the line at the battle of Yellow sea following the shot that killed Admiral Vitgeft and temporarily jammed her helm.

anyhow, its more or less straight out of the box, except I waterlined it, and added Master barrels and a few home made things, including adding all the damage.

Only my fourth ship build but I'm hooked

Very good build! And very nice water.

This is powerful imagery. It tells a story. This is what can be achieved with this medium. A tragic moment from history captured exquisitely, gloriously.

Do you have any higher resolution detail shots?

The water does look very good! Did you base it on Chris Flodberg's methods, or made up yourself? Whatever it is, that is an exquisite display!! The weathering job and rigging is nicely done. Congrats for such a fine build!
Edit: you could try uploading larger files. The ones you posted are just 640 pxl wide, the maximum is 1200 pxl.

Welcome to the world of Ship Modelling. Like yourself, (if you're the same Chris Meddings!) I used to do armor modelling, but found ships more interesting and satisfying. Although I do still build the occasional 1/72 armor.
