Is this all the parts and PE with this kit? What about main deck, and upper level railing; mast platforms; etc.? Will there eventually be a wood deck?

Yes. These are the basic parts.
it is possible that there will be a "professional"
- extended railing
- metal barrels
- some other PE parts ( in collaboration with Fa. Eduard (inspiration by their sets 1/200 and 1 /350)
-Curtiss SOC Seagul and the second catapult for the older version
- a wood manufacturer is being sought

Problem.
I discovered a mistake.
The part of the first floor of the tower has no side struts.
The photo shows a demo of plastic plates.
