Hi, gentlemen!
I've started 1/200 IJN Kongo.
I prepare plan from the Super illustration(Model Art).
And other books.

A very interesting project. The Kongos were amongst the most utilized ships of their type during WWII. faster than most pre war ships they were utilized as carrier escorts and were able to operate successfully with cruiser and destroyer forces. Their utility against cruisers figured strongly in USN pre war tactical planning. In many ways they were very similar in capability to the Alaska's for armor, armament and overall utility. what they were not good at was coming up against a modern fast battleship. Certainly they were employed with the full samurai spirit.

It's very hard because it's complicated shape.
