What software will be best for drawing ship plans?

Title really says most of it: what program would be best (and easiest to learn) for drawing ship plans? I have a lot of files about Borodino but a lot of them are photos with makings on, fragments of drawings with notes or information spread over multiple files. I would like to tidy it all up and end up with drawings of separate parts of the ship (with measurements). What program should I look for? Please note that I am nor looking for top notch, professional software but something as simple as possible while still capable of doing the job.

I prefer AutoCAD, but Rhino has a nice demo program that does ships well.

For 2D the industry standard is AutoCAD. I honestly think you can't go wrong with it. It is extremely stable and very well supported.
