hallo Kennylibben,
I have scale plans of HMS Nelson in scale 1/96 bought at the National Maritime Museum. Maybe they can deliver these plans in scale 1/144 for your friend. Write a letter to 'National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, London SE10 9NF. You can also phone or fax . tel 0044 20 8858 4422 , fax 0044 20 8312 6632. They also have a website
http://www.nmm.ac.uk , but personally I have a lot of trouble finding something on that site.
Kind regards,
Ludwig

Have your cheque book ready. Plans from the NMMG are not cheap. A search alone could cost you about $50

hallo Victorious,
I know those plans are not cheap , but they are worth every penny/Euro. I have never paid for a search alone! Some plans in my library are HMS Nelson , HMS Abdiel , HMS Kelly , HMS Javelin , HMS Roberts , HMS Bryony and last but not least HMS Warspite.
Kind regards,
Ludwig

Kenny,
Check out
http://www.model-dockyard.com/plans/marinem.asp. Select "warships" and go to page 2, MAR2580 for Lord Nelson plans by John R Haynes, assuming the Lord Nelson you want is the 1906 version.

Hallo all,
To ARH: The plans I have from NMM are for HMS Heather in scale 1/48 , the plans of HMS Bryony are by McGregor in scale 1/96. This ship is the one with the longer Forecastle.
If the ship HMS Lord Nelson is british made , and I guess/am sure it is, than the NMM will probably have plans of her.
Kind regards,
Ludwig

Thanks I have thoughs plans, there not brilliant, I got a few more sheets to go with them for my build of BRYONY, she was built as a short forecastle corvette till she got bomb in the dock just short of completion,

so they rebuilt her as a 3/4 length forecastle corvette , the first of only 4. ARH
