Starbord side pattern of HMS Coventry in 1942

I am searching for photos and other information about HMS Coventry's camouflage pattern in 1942.

(the photo with the title "The "HMS Coventry" at Suez, 1941". I think that this photo show her in 1942, because it shows several 20 mm Oerlikons, which were fitted in May 1942 according to Raven/Roberts)

In the Warship Perspective volume about Royal Navy patterns in 1942 the starbord side is depicted - but without the false bow wave.

This is very similar to the drawing in Warships Perspective?? Therefore the question would how different the 1941 and 1942 pattern were...
