A story written by life maybe: 
A small family on vacation,
on the beautiful lake and is now with the baby for a walk along the sea. As they passed a small cliff
near the port control to the nearby harbor and look down the coast to the sea,
they hear the gentle chug of a diesel engine.
The eyes go and see a Dutch minesweeper of Dokkum class
as he leaves the port on his last journey.
Quickly shot a few pictures and waved over to the ship before the minesweeper disappeared in the depths of the lake.
It could have happened in 1997 when the last class minesweepers Dokkum, made his final journey home.

From the wooden minesweepers of Dokkum Class 1955-1957 A total of 32 boats were built.
The last boats were completed in 1997 out of service. In the 70s, some were converted into mine hunters.
Three boats were rebuilt in submersible vehicles.
Crew: 38 men
Displacement: 417 tons
Maximum length: 46.42 m
Overall width: 8.76 m
Draft: 2.28 m
Propulsion: Diesel engines
Speed: max. 14 knots
Armament: 2x 40mm machine gun

The model was produced by the company in the late 90 Artitec models made from resin and was an attempt to enter it in the segment of the 700 ships.
Why can not further pursue this direction can be guessed at, since the kit is a very nice reproduction of the original. The other two models of the kit are not bad as far as I can tell.
The model was actually built quite well and with the attached PE parts, it looks quite good. Sorry, no railing is. This was shown with parts from Lion Roar. The people are of Edward.
