The first one looks like it could be Kuma, though the kanji for "ku" is written with a different radical than what's used on Wikipedia.

The second looks like Amagiri, a Fubuki class destroyer.

I'm not certain of the third, as the script's really messy, but it could be Kagero, though the dimensions and tonnage don't appear to fit.

The fourth one is Nagara (and the English is actually written there ;))

Hi timmy
and yes on the last pic I wrote the name but then puting both plans together the light criusers appear almost identical but for there stacks or should I say top fo there stacks thay are both differant, the one in the last pic has threefonnels all oval first two caps second one cap third no cap ?? prob an early model. the one in pic 39 looks like more modern funnels ??? more rounded all the way up but still oval funnels, i'll see if I can scan them

The Kuma drawing is for 1935, while the Nagara is for 1936 - they are two different (sub?)classes, so no surprise if details differ.

Did you ever manage to identify the 2nd image?
first is 056 Kuma in 1935
2nd is 083 DD Amagiri in 1940
3rd is 026 DD Kagero in 1940
4th is 106 LC Nagara in 1936
