
...as the mold lines show through and they will be a nightmare to fix; plus they would be useful in conjunction with a wooden deck to keep things "on the level".
This may be asking for too much and I won't need them myself but PE porthole replacements for the hull would be nice too. I am in the middle of replacing mine with new scratchbuilt portholes; the hull is too thick and scale too large to get effective portholes from just drilling them out plus many of the portholes are misshapen and warped from the molding process.

It would have been great to have precut PE porthole strips to inlet into the hull instead of individual pieces of styrene card like I used. Just an idea anyway!
