In Norway, Tirpitz's 380 and 150mm guns had blast-bags installed all the time. No such thing is incl in the set, but they are relativly easy to make. I use 2K epoxy putty and form it around the barrels, comparing to available photo.
Originally, the color probably was a kind of off-white, but after a couple of winters in a humid, salty climate photo shaow a darker "deteriorated" color, so I decided to go for a tan, worn look.
Railing along main deck with opening for the gangways are glued using CA. There is a "ditch" in which the plastic railings are supposert to be positioned. This is actually ideal for the PE-railing, but you need to fill the "ditch" with CA. Use your protection mask to avoid the fumes!!
The aft superstructure is also finished with most of the detail in place: Loudspeakes (Veteran Models), cable reels with "rope/hoses", and a partly manned 37mm AA C30.
And then - time to fix all the major components together before installing the model in the diorama.
