it was a goose, it was flown into a mountain (not by me, i'm just a lowley mechanic) about two months after i took the picture.

I'm guilty, myself, of interchanging the terms seaplane and flying boat.

Here is Richard Sliwka's latest. It is the USS Barnegat AVP-10, seaplane tender small. I love this one!
