The pagoda needs some planning, especially for painting. There are a lot of platforms covered with linoleum.
I wanted an open hatch for the main gun fire control. I used a saw to open the plastic part (Kongo011(a,b)).

- Kongo011
After grinding with the Proxxon (Kongo012(c)) I cut 3 frames of 1/700 doors into U-shapes, gave them the appropriate curvature and glued them to the part (Kongo012(d)).

- Kongo012
I bended 2 segments of �brass sprue� and glued them into place by hiding all bases of the U�s (Kongo012(e)). In the Veterans kit there are four type 13 gun fire controls include and it would fit in here. But maybe a waste of such a nice resin part because it will be barely visible.
