Swaybacked cruiser...

Greetings, all:

Today I received model of the cruiser Nuevo de Julio by SSModel in 1/700 scale. Problem is, the hull is bent like a banana, with as much as a 1/4 inch gap between the bottom of the hull at the bow and stern while on a flat surface.

Any suggestions how to correct this unwanted fruit effect?
