No new warships in the latest Trumpeter monthly update but more info now showing for the forthcoming 1/350th HMS NAIAD at

Some shots do seem to be of actual plastic!

Strong signs that Dragon is working on a 1/350 or larger HMS Nelson/Rodney. Their Facebook page released a few CAD images of several components today: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=382642

:woo_hoo: Thanks! I just bought one.

Just two days ago it occurred to me that it was about time for something new to drop from Flyhawk. They obliged!! :cool_1: :thumbs_up_1:

According to the Squadron website, Trumpeter will be releasing a 1:350 scale kit of the RN aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth. No details yet.

Hopefully the A team at Trumpeter is doing the work on this one.

Unfortunately Felix, I think that's a typo. Kit 6751 is shown in Trumpeter's catalogue this year as a 1/700, not 1/350 kit (a copy of this is attached to the first post in this thread).

Thanks for the correction Timmy. Oh well, it would have been cool if it was 1:350. I am excited that a 1:350 scale Nelson is forthcoming, lets hope its does come to fruition.

Dragon back in on the warship (1/350) scene? Well, I never. Next they will be surprising us with a Town Class (Group 1/2) light cruiser from the RN, or even HMS Vanguard, last RN Battleship. In my dreams , of course.

It is rather strange we still dont have any Vanguard in 1/700 or 1/350.

They released their 1/700 Clevelands just last month, so safe to say "yes". Remember, they're still a fairly small company, so you're not gonna see monthly releases like Trumpeter.

[It is rather strange we still dont have any Vanguard in 1/700 or 1/350.

Unless my memory is playing a major trick on me, I definitely remember a 1/350 Vanguard that by Hasegawa decades ago. It was a pretty crude model from what I remember about it. And speaking of warships from the British Empire/Commonwealth, from the Squadron site HMAS Sydney and HMS Achilles are on the way from Flyhawk in 1/700.

THe Hasegawa kit is 1/450.

VeryFire "announced" a 1/350 Vanguard (along with a 1/350 rebuilt Renown) some years ago, but who knows if those will see the light of day.

Flyhawk also announced a 1/700 Vanguard as part of their long-range plans.
