After nearly a year back and forth with these guys waiting on an order, I was forced to call them out publicly on the main forum here and on steelnavy, which did get their attention and eventually get me the parts I had paid for. Just do not expect the prints to be great quality when they eventually show up; for my part, I have written l'arsenal off as a reputable vendor and try to steer anyone else away from them as well.
