Angeleyes,
The Ough plans of HMS WARSPITE in her 1931 appearance should be available through the ss Great Britain Trust's website (www.ssgreatbritain.org). They were acquired by David MacGregor after Norman Ough's death and eventually the whole of the MacGregor Collection was bequeathed to the Great Britain Trust.
As of some years ago, copies of plans in the collection could be purchased on a DVD: I bought those of Günther Trenk's SMS KÖNIG for what I considered a reasonable sum.
You might also like to consider buying a copy of Alistair Roach's "The Life and Ship Models of Norman Ough;" which contains good-sized copies of many of Mr Ough's drawings of details of British warships that could be scaled up or down. It is worth having.
