Anyone else having problems posting?

Greetings folks,
if this isn't the right place to put this thread, I apologize, I looked around but did not find a section for bug reporting and the like.
I am trying to create a new thread but I cannot upload any pictures. Every time I do that it says:
Could not upload attachment to ./files/462002_642f7b0b316affe26415f180a3568cdf.
It isn't an isolated incident, also. I tried different formats (all within the maximum file size permitted) and from different sources, same problem. Anyone else experiencing it or is it just a 'me' problem?

Sorry for the problems. I thought getting the forum fixed and upgraded would solve the problems. But non-stop bots have been hammering away and us and it's overloading the server. When the server load hit 300% we got disconnected to keep the rest of the server online. We got that fixed and unfortunately broke something else. I'm trying to get the server hosting co to undo whichever setting that disabled the image upload feature. The senior tech wont be back until Monday. My email and ftp are affected so reviews will be late this month. Jerry has been able to upload a few gallery item and I am hoping to have reviews up soon.
